We’re deeply grateful for your business and make every effort to help you provide your child with great dental care. If you need assistance paying for a procedure, let us know. We can help you review your insurance options or connect you with financing.
Please note that payment, including insurance co-pays and deductibles, is due at the end of each visit.
We accept several forms of payment, including:
We work with a large number of insurance policies. Please call ahead to verify if our practice accepts your insurance. One of our friendly team members will be happy to help you.
As a courtesy, we’ll handle all insurance billing ourselves. Please note that you are responsible for all charges not covered by insurance, and for any insurance claim that is still outstanding after 60 days.
If your policy is through an HMO or managed care plan, you may be subject to referrals or age limits. You may also have to pay additional fees for specialty dental care.
If you are unable to pay for some or all of your child’s dental work upfront, that’s okay! We work with CareCredit to provide financing options, including zero-down or interest-free loans. Please ask our team for more information!
24-hour cancellation policy
If you are unable to bring your child in for their scheduled appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24-hour notice. We do charge a missed appointment fee for all no-shows or late cancellations.
